Thanks to people like you, we are equipped to go beyond responding to immediate needs in our community. GGUW takes our role in community-building seriously, with a focus and understanding of the local needs of our neighbors. We actively invest in local solutions that bring people together — through charitable giving, volunteerism, and advocacy — to make life better for all our neighbors. Together, we can build strong communities where everyone can thrive.

Our community looks different than anyone imagined it would a few years ago. Whether it’s because of COVID’s economic impact, local natural disasters, or the rising cost of living, it’s a challenging time. But, together, we can (and will), meet those challenges and help our community thrive.

After a devastating Summer, because of people like you, we can continue to grow our programs while also responding to those in crisis.

  • We are expanding the critical kidsLINK Afterschool Program to honor our commitment to working families so that every elementary-age child in Gallatin County has access to affordable, high-quality after school programs.
  • We’ve raised and distributed more than $2 million to our neighbors impacted by tragic flooding in Park County.
  • We expanded Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library to ensure all children from birth to age 5 receive a free book each month in Gallatin and Park County to improve early literacy skills in our state.
  • And through The Resilience Project, we are working to normalize support services for mental health in our community.

Together, we can build a stronger community and a brighter future for our children. Together, we can LIVE UNITED. Join us today.
