Together, we are making a difference for individuals and working families in the Greater Gallatin area through, basic needs, early learning, and youth success -all supported on the foundation of mental health & well-being.

2025-26 Community Impact Partners

Greater Gallatin United Way invests its Community Impact dollars to address the most pressing issues in our region—mental health and well-being, youth success, early learning, and basic needs—providing a vital safety net for working families. Since 2009, we have invested more than $5.5 million through Community Impact Grants, strengthening the organizations and solutions that help our community thrive. United is the Way we build a community where every person has the opportunity to succeed, and GGUW unites neighbors, nonprofit partners, and local businesses to create collaborative, long-term solutions that will support generations to come.

Mental Health & Well-being

We invest in programs that provide affordable mental health counseling and support, along with programs to increase health, hope, and belonging.

The Montana Mindfulness Project brings mindfulness programs into schools and communities, providing students with tools that foster focused attention, emotional regulation and resilience for a lifetime. 

Bridgercare provides excellent, affordable reproductive and sexual healthcare and education in a safe, supportive, empowering atmosphere.

Big Sky Youth Empowerment

creates a transformative community where vulnerable teenagers experience belonging, purpose, and well-being through group mentorship, adventure, and connection with the natural world.

Wellness In Action is dedicated to community wellbeing by connecting individuals to network of resources so that those who live and work here may thrive. 

The LiveWell49 Coalition is dedicated to embracing a culture of health in Park County through creative community solutions and effective outreach.

Suffer Out Loud was created to save lives. We serve communities all across Montana by connecting individuals to much-needed support and reducing the stigma of mental health issues.

Greater Impact empowers our community to help neighbors reach their full potential.

​Help Center, Inc. offers crisis counseling, advocacy, and support across Southwest Montana to guide individuals through trauma by providing safe, client-centered care that fosters clarity, empowerment, and renewed direction.


Cancer Support Community Montana’s mission is to uplift and strengthen people impacted by cancer by providing support, fostering compassionate communities, and breaking down barriers to care. Our vision is that no one faces cancer alone.


Roots Family Collaborative (Roots) is a Bozeman-based nonprofit whose mission is to connect all families to the support they need from preconception to parenthood in Gallatin and Park Counties.

Community Health Partners’ mission is to enhance community health and well-being.

 

Befrienders connects community volunteers to senior citizens for companionship, support, and advocacy. We envision a community in which older adults are valued for their contributions to society and continue to be socially active & independent.

Bighorn Valley Health Center’s mission is to improve the wellbeing of everyone by providing accessible, quality healthcare for the whole community. Program Mission: Every Park County Child Starts on a Pathway of Positive Possibilities

CASA/GAL of Gallatin County is dedicated to training committed volunteers to advocate for the best interests of children who have experienced abuse and neglect and are involved in the court system.

Family Promise of Gallatin Valley (FPGV) empowers families experiencing housing insecurities to secure a safe, affordable home, a livelihood and the chance to build a better future for their children.

Haven is committed to reducing the incidence and minimizing the impact of domestic abuse on families and communities. We provide emergency shelter, crisis intervention, on-going support, referrals, and education.

BASIC NEEDS

We invest in programs that support families and individuals to meet their basic needs and get back on their feet after facing a crisis or natural disaster.

Early Learning

We invest in preschool education programs that build literacy skills in children and create a love of learning and language.

Thrive’s mission is for all children to have the opportunity to grow, succeed, and become valuable members of our community.

Family Outreach provides individuals and families with personalized innovative support to empower people with disabilities. Our goal is to build communities where abilities are celebrated and every individual can achieve their fullest potential.

ASPEN Abuse Support & Prevention Education Network provides direct support services to victims/survivors of domestic & sexual violence & human trafficking and to provide violence prevention education to the communities we serve.

Youth, Inc. is a non-profit organization responsible for administration of the Stevens Youth Center. The Stevens Youth Center provides a safe place for activities and a coordinated effort to involve youth in meaningful ways in the community.

The Manhattan Public School District is committed to strategically focusing its resources on identifying the wants, preferences, and needs of its community.

Bozeman Library Friends and Foundation’s mission is to provide financial support and advocate for the Library, ensuring it has the resources to create opportunities that inspire curiosity, exploration, and connection.

CASA/GAL of Park and Sweet Grass Counties advocates for all abused and neglected children within the Sixth Judicial Court System.

The mission of Girl Scouts is to build girls of courage, confidence, and character who make the world a better place.

Links for Learning provides after-school and summer enrichment activities for Park County’s Youth designed to encourage success in school, a lifelong interest in learning, and a commitment to community.

Farm to Schools is guiding schools and communities in building a prosperous local food culture that places healthy food on the plates and in the minds of all Park County children and their families
