ADAM JEsPERSEN
Executive Director, Montana Nonprofit Association

Adam Jespersen has spent his career strengthening Montana’s nonprofit sector through leadership, fundraising, operations, and innovation. He joined the Montana Nonprofit Association in 2019 and became Executive Director in 2024. Adam is passionate about helping organizations and communities work more effectively and create greater impact.

In his keynote, Adam will explore the vital role nonprofits play in Montana’s economy and communities, from employment and economic impact to civic engagement and community vitality. He will also highlight key challenges and opportunities facing nonprofits today, with a focus on Gallatin County and the surrounding region.
