kidsLINK Summer Camp Coordinator

Under the oversight of the Greater Gallatin United Way kidsLINK Summer Program, Summer Staff oversee the operation of a full-time summer program, implementing program activities and caring for children. In this role, you will see to children’s basic needs, provide an enriching learning environment, and create a safe, compassionate “home-away-from home” for children.

kidsLINK PROGRAM COORDINATOR

Are you a natural leader who loves working with kids? Greater Gallatin United Way’s kidsLINK Afterschool team is looking for Coordinators to bring energy, creativity, and care to our programs in Bozeman and Belgrade.
As a Coordinator, you’ll plan and lead daily activities, support social-emotional learning, and create a safe, welcoming space where kids can learn, play, and grow. You’ll also connect with families, oversee volunteers, and guide the program alongside our supportive United Way team.

kidsLINK AFTERSCHOOL SPECIALIST

Do you love working with kids and bringing energy to every day? Join Greater Gallatin United Way’s kidsLINK Afterschool team as a Program Specialist! You’ll help create safe, exciting afternoons full of learning, games, and creativity for students in Bozeman, Belgrade, and Big Sky.
As a Specialist, you’ll work side-by-side with Coordinators to lead activities, support academics, and connect with families—all while making a real difference for local kids.

kidsLINK Big Sky Coordinator

The Afterschool Program Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, safety, and activities of the afterschool program to ensure a safe and fun environment for the afterschool students. This position requires excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to effectively manage staff, interact with families, and ensure the smooth running of the program. The coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining communication with the Greater Gallatin United Way and upholding their guidelines and standards.

Community Outreach Coordinator

The Community Outreach Coordinator at Greater Gallatin United Way (GGUW) is responsible for supporting external events to raise awareness and garner support. This role involves cultivating relationships, strategic event planning, and handling various tasks such as event setup, breakdown, and staffing. Responsibilities may extend to supporting fundraising campaigns, volunteer promotion, and managing kidsLINK Afterschool events. We seek an organized professional with strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills, capable of working in various capacities with accuracy and speed. The ideal candidate possesses analytical skills, along with a firm commitment to community impact and equity.
