Meet the dedicated team driving positive change at Greater Gallatin United Way.

KIMBERLY HALL
CEO & PRESIDENT

After growing up in Florida and moving to South Carolina, Kimberly Hall joined the Gallatin Valley community with her family in 2022. Bringing over 20 years of nonprofit leadership experience from Bluffton Self Help, Easterseals Florida, and United Way Suncoast, she is passionate about human services and community compassion.

SYLVIA DRAIN
DIRECTOR OF DONOR ENGAGEMENT

Sylvia spent most of her career in Bozeman in media, was on the GGUW board for nine years during that time and then decided to follow her heart and joined the team in 2018.

In her free time, you’ll find her on trails or at dog parks, golfing with pals, enjoying a local brew with her hubby or exploring the backroads of Montana.

DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY IMPACT

Ben is from Kalispell, a graduate of MSU, and earned his MPA from the University of Montana. Before joining GGUW, he was a Peace Corps volunteer and worked with MSU Extension.

TORI SPROLES
DIRECTOR OF EARLY LEARNING

Tori, a proud Bozeman resident since 1999, holds a B.S. in Early Childhood Education from Montana State University and a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood from Champlain College. With over a decade of experience advocating for accessible, high-quality child care and supporting families, she is excited to bring her passion and expertise to Greater Gallatin United Way.

AMANDA MCCLISH
kidsLINK Manager

Amanda originally from Livingston MT, holds a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from University of Montana Western, and a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction. She taught in the Dillon area after graduation. Upon moving back to the Bozeman area, she started as a coordinator with kidsLINK and loved the positive impact it had on children and working families. In her free time, Amanda enjoys spending time with her two sons, Graham, and Jackson.

kidsLINK Manager

Charlsey Clone, a Montana native from Belt, MT, married her husband Kris in 2015 and has three children: Kade, Frankie, and Koda. With experience as an account executive at KBZK and a licensed mortgage lender with Cherry Creek Mortgage, she has built meaningful connections across Gallatin Valley. After starting as a part-time Afterschool Program Coordinator with kidsLINK last fall, she quickly fell in love with the role and is excited to join us as a Senior Area Supervisor.

KidsLINK ENROLLMENT COORDINATOR

Meredith, from Denver, Colorado, holds a Marketing degree from the University of Montana. Since moving to Bozeman, she has enjoyed creating fun experiences and growing with the GGUW team. She looks forward to working directly with KidsLINK families in Gallatin Valley.

JENNY BERGER
OFFICE & ACCOUNTING COORDINATOR

After graduating from MSU Jenny promptly became a Peace Corps volunteer in Kenya. She has spent the past two decades working in education or for nonprofits in Gallatin Valley. She also holds an MBA from the University of Scranton. When Jenny’s not at work you’ll find her adventuring with her kids, skiing and camping.

YOUTH SUCCESS PROGRAM MANAGER, KIDSLINK

Amy Revious is a Bozeman native and a Vetran. She became involved with the kidsLINK afterschool program when her son started school over 10 years ago and has seen the program through the lens of a parent, coordinator, and administrator.

ALLISON CAMPBELL
COMMUNITY OUTREACH COORDINATOR

Allison, from St. Petersburg, Florida, holds a degree in Secondary Education from the University of South Florida. She is passionate about volunteerism, building relationships, and supporting the people who work and live in our community. In her free time, Allison enjoys fly fishing, hiking with her dog and camping in the mountains.
