With over 20 years of professional culinary expertise, Chef Emily Hahn, a former contestant on Bravo’s Top Chef and competitor on Food Network’s Chopped, brings her passion for locally sourced, globally inspired cuisine to every plate. A seasoned restaurant industry veteran, former commercial shrimper, and certified boat captain, Chef Emily has led kitchens across South Carolina’s Lowcountry, forging deep connections with farmers, fishermen, and local purveyors to craft fresh, vibrant, and inventive menus.
Now based in Bozeman Montana, she’s the Chef and Co-Owner of Mountain Provisions, a girl-powered private chef and culinary consulting company, where she continues to create unique, elevated dishes inspired by simple ingredients and bold global flavors.
