CHILD CARE PROVIDER RESOURCES

SUPPORT FOR
CHILD CARE
PROVIDERS

Together, we are building a stronger foundation for early learning in our community.

CREATING BRIGHTER FUTURES, TOGETHER

At Greater Gallatin United Way, we are committed to supporting child care providers with essential resources to ensure a safe, nurturing, and professional environment for children. Below, you’ll find everything you need to stay informed and prepared as a child care professional.

FREE CHILD CARE PLATFORM

We’ve partnered with Kinside, a technology platform that connects families with licensed child care openings in real time — and we’re making it free for families and providers across Gallatin, Park, Meagher, and Madison counties.

BE WHERE FAMILIES ARE SEARCHING FOR CARE

Your Kinside profile makes it easy for families to find, tour, and enroll in your program—all online, anytime.

  • Share real-time availability and program info
  • Let families book tours 24/7
  • Increase your visibility through GGUW’s Child Connect network
SAVE TIME EVERY WEEK

Providers using Kinside report saving up to 3 hours a week on admin tasks. Let the platform handle:

  • Waitlists and tour scheduling
  • Enrollment packets and registration
  • Payment collection and reminders

Put your admin on autopilot. Kinside makes it easier to manage tuition, paperwork, and communication with families — all in one place.

  • Send and receive enrollment packets digitally

  • Collect tuition, deposits, and fees with automated reminders

  • Reduce friction and support your financial stability

Provider Connection: Community Led Solutions

Join us for Provider Connection: Community Led Solutions—a new networking and training opportunity created specifically for child care providers in our community.

These interactive gatherings are designed to:

  • Connect providers and build stronger relationships
  • Share ideas, challenges, and best practices
