Greater Gallatin United Way Welcomes Tori Sproles as New Early Learning Director

Bozeman, MT— (December 2, 2024)— Greater Gallatin United Way (GGUW) is thrilled to announce Tori Sproles, former Executive Director of Child Care Connections (CCC), as its new Early Learning Director. In this role, Tori will lead initiatives such as the Gallatin Area Early Childhood Community Council (ECCC) and the CHILD Task Force, driving GGUW’s efforts to support families and enhance early learning across Gallatin, Park, Madison, and Meagher counties.

A Bozeman resident since 1999, Tori earned her undergraduate degree in Early Childhood Education from Montana State University and a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Champlain College. With over a decade of experience advocating for accessible, high-quality child care at CCC, she has made a significant impact on families in the region. Her expertise and dedication to early learning make her a valuable asset to GGUW.

Under Tori’s leadership, GGUW will focus on key initiatives to advance its early learning mission:
Advocacy:
Leading the Gallatin Area Early Childhood Community Council (ECCC) and CHILD Task Force to promote policies that support every child’s development and well-being.

Expanding Early Learning Programs: Strengthening school readiness, increasing access to quality child care, and enhancing family support services.

Building Partnerships: Collaborating with the ECCC, CHILD Task Force, local leaders, businesses, and providers to develop innovative solutions, including employer-supported child care models.

“As my journey with Child Care Connections concludes, I am deeply honored to join GGUW. I look forward to continuing the mission of empowering children and families. Together, we will create new opportunities, foster meaningful partnerships, and ensure every child has the resources they need to thrive,” said Tori Sproles.

This appointment marks an important step forward in GGUW’s mission to mobilize communities to action so all can thrive. Her leadership will enhance early learning initiatives and support sustainable solutions for families across the region.

Tori has called Bozeman, MT home since 1999. After graduating from Bozeman High School, she earned a B.S. in Early Childhood Education from Montana State University and went on to complete a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood from Champlain College. Driven by a lifelong passion for supporting young children and their families, Tori gained extensive experience in child-focused roles before joining Child Care Connections (CCC) in 2012.

During her tenure at CCC, Tori played a pivotal role in advocating for accessible, high-quality child care, making a meaningful impact on families throughout the community Although her time with CCC concluded due to unforeseen challenges with state contracting, Tori’s commitment to making a difference remains steadfast. She is thrilled to bring her skills and passion to United Way, where she will continue championing programs that empower children and families. Tori is a proud mother of three young children, who inspire her daily dedication to strengthening families in the Bozeman community.
