You will need to register for PIR days, winter, and spring breaks individually through Enrollsy. These out-of-school opportunities will be available to register for the month before through our monthly newsletter. If you have not yet signed up for the kidsLINK newsletter you can sign up here.
To enhance your child’s after-school experience, we have transitioned to a full school week program. This change helps us maintain consistent staffing and offer a meaningful afterschool experience every day. Parents now have the flexibility to use the program any day(s) of the week. When you sign up, you commit to the program for the entire school year, averaging just $10 a day, or about $1,700 for the year.
We’ve also simplified and reduced our pricing. Afterschool care is now $50 per week, and PIR Day Camps are $50 per day for over 10 hours of fun, which is only $5.00 per hour. This ensures high-quality care and great value for your family.
Registration is open all year long. However, many programs fill up in August when the school year begins.
You can download the enrollsy app in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store or click here to login online!

We offer families tuition assistance every year. We strive to provide afterschool care for all children and never want to turn families away. Once you click the link to register through our enrollment software enrollsy and finish the enrollment form please click the pay weekly option. You may have to pay a $35-$50 registration fee depending on family size. If it is trying to make you pay more, you may have clicked the pay in full option. Please make sure you choose the weekly payment option. Once you have completed registration log into your portal using the email and password you created and go to the “activities” section. Scroll down to the tuition assistance form and complete the questions. Our committee reviews applications every Monday and is committed to giving prompt responses. If you have any questions, please contact the office at 406.587.2194
Our payment structure offers you the choice to pay for the entire school year upfront, which comes with a discount. Alternatively, we provide the option to break down the annual fee into 38 weekly payments, allowing for more manageable financial planning. These rates are already prorated for all PIR days, holidays, and breaks. Please note NO REFUNDS will be issued. If you have questions about payments, please call the office BEFORE enrolling/paying. Please note: There is a 3% fee for credit card payments but no fee for ACH payments – we encourage you to use this ACH option.
At kidsLINK, we believe every child deserves access to quality after-school care. There are no requirements to apply for tuition assistance, however our very loose guidelines are as follows:
These ranges are not fixed, and eligibility will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to ensuring that no child is turned away due to an inability to pay. If you have any concerns about affordability, please reach out to us, and we will work with you to find a solution.

Yes, students with IEPs are eligible to attend kidsLINK. However, there are instances where we may not be able to fully meet the required accommodations if we do not have sufficient staff or appropriately qualified personnel. Since it’s a case-by-case basis for IEPs and 504 plans, we strongly encourage families to speak with us before enrolling to discuss specific needs and ensure we can provide the best possible support for your child.
