Greater Gallatin United Way’s kidsLINK Out-of-School programs offer safe, enriching care designed to support working families and inspire kids to thrive.
Greater Gallatin United Way partners with Monforton School to provide kidsLINK Afterschool programs for K–5th grade students—right on campus. Students enjoy crafts, games, learning activities, and a safe space to wind down after school. We also invite families to join us throughout the year for special events and celebrations.
PIR Day Camps are available for Monforton families during out-of-school days.
We offer flexible pricing to meet your family’s needs—including weekly care, drop-in options, and full-day camps.
Tuition assistance is available for all programs.

At kidsLINK Afterschool, we are committed to supporting not just the children in our programs, but their families as well. We believe that a strong partnership between our staff and parents is key to creating a nurturing and enriching environment for every child.

You will need to register for PIR days, winter, and spring breaks individually through Enrollsy. These out-of-school opportunities will be available to register for the month before through our monthly newsletter. If you have not yet signed up for the kidsLINK newsletter you can sign up here.
We’re excited to bring back drop-in afterschool enrollment for select Bozeman and Belgrade schools based on enrollment needs!
Drop-in care is currently available at the following sites: Ophir, Emily Dickinson, Meadowlark, Hyalite, Morning Star, Saddle Peak, Monforton, and LaMotte.

Registration is open all year long. However, many programs fill up in August when the school year begins. Registration will open August 4th, 2025 at 9am.

Greater Gallatin United Way’s kidsLINK Afterschool Programs are offered at all Bozeman District Elementary schools, in Belgrade at Saddle Peak, Story Creek, and Belgrade Middle School, and in Big Sky at Ophir Elementary. We also now offer Afterschool at Monforton and LaMotte Elementary.
We also partner with several other schools, including Three Forks, West Yellowstone, Monforton, Anderson, White Sulphur Springs, LaMotte, Manhattan, Arrowhead, and Livingston LINKS for Learning, to help provide out-of-school care.
We offer families tuition assistance every year. We strive to provide afterschool care for all children and never want to turn families away. Once you click the link to register through our enrollment software enrollsy and finish the enrollment form please click the pay weekly option. You may have to pay a $35 registration fee. If it is trying to make you pay more, you may have clicked the pay in full option. Please make sure you choose the weekly payment option. Once you have completed registration log into your portal using the email and password you created and go to the “activities” section. Scroll down to the tuition assistance form and complete the questions. Our committee reviews applications every Monday and is committed to giving prompt responses. Yes, we do offer Morning Care programs at several locations: Emily Dickinson, Hyalite, Meadowlark, Whittier, and Saddle Peak in Belgrade.
*Please note that if there are not at least 10 children enrolled by September 13th, the morning program will be canceled. In the event of a cancellation, refunds or credits will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Families enrolled in both morning and afterschool care will receive a credit. If a family is ONLY enrolled in the morning program, we will likely refund any full payments made or cancel remaining payments.
