Enterprise Mobility: Leading With Heart, Action, and Community Impact

For more than 20 years, Enterprise Mobility has stood alongside Greater Gallatin United Way as a champion for children, families, and the community. What began in 2002 with a single Rent-A-Car workplace giving campaign has grown into a deep and lasting partnership, strengthened even further when the six-state administrative hub moved to Bozeman in 2020.

Today, Enterprise Mobility continues to demonstrate what United is the Way looks like: generosity in action, service that strengthens community, and team members who consistently step up to make a difference.

Their impact shows up in more ways than one. Enterprise Mobility team members not only volunteer throughout the year, they also give generously through their workplace giving campaign and nearly doubled their campaign total in 2024–25, reflecting a remarkable commitment to investing locally.

Service That Strengthens Our Community

This year, 140 Enterprise Mobility team members contributed 318 hours of hands-on volunteer service, helping children feel supported, helping families meet essential needs, and helping nonprofits operate at their best.

Their efforts spanned the valley, including:

  • kidsLINK Afterschool: Assisting afterschool coordinators, helping with homework and activities, and even stepping in during a short-staffed day to build gingerbread houses and make sure children felt cared for.
  • Whittier Elementary: Supporting families with a food drive to provide meals during the holiday break.
  • CASA of Gallatin County: Sorting 40–60 bags and boxes of children’s clothing so foster families could access items quickly.
  • Gallatin Valley Food Bank: Restocking shelves, repackaging bulk foods, and sorting donations to keep nutritious food flowing to families.
  • Sack’s Thrift Store: Sorting and hanging clothing and assisting with stocking shelves with holiday decor.
  • Eagle Mount: Completing landscape cleanup and maintenance to support accessible outdoor recreation.

Across every project, Enterprise Mobility team members brought enthusiasm, teamwork, and genuine care—making every hour count.

Investing in Children and Working Families

Greater Gallatin United Way is honored to receive an $8,500 grant from the Enterprise Mobility Foundation™ to support the kidsLINK After School Program. This investment ensures children across Gallatin, Madison, Meagher, and Park counties have access to safe, enriching out-of-school opportunities, and helps working families stay strong and stable.

The grant reflects the Foundation’s long-standing commitment to strengthening communities. To date, the Enterprise Mobility Foundation™ has contributed more than half a billion dollars to nonprofits across the United States, supporting education, health and human services, the environment, military programs, and disaster relief.

Team Members Who Embody the Mission

Enterprise Mobility’s impact is powered by team members who lead with purpose, including Evalani Bjorge, Talent Development Specialist, who integrates volunteerism directly into employee onboarding:

“I love that Enterprise is so passionate about volunteerism. Without our communities, our company wouldn’t be here today.
I lead monthly training classes, and as part of their orientation, I include a volunteer activity. This experience consistently boosts team morale and fosters lasting connections among the participants. And by the end of the day, their efforts lead to purposeful acts of kindness and strengthening our community.

Each of us has the power to make a meaningful difference – even if it’s just for one person. Every act of impact matters!”

— Evalani Bjorge, Talent Development Specialist, Enterprise Mobility team member

Her words capture the spirit that defines Enterprise Mobility: service that is both intentional and deeply human.

A Partnership That Builds a Stronger Community

Whether volunteering in classrooms, sorting food and clothing, supporting foster families, refreshing community spaces, or investing in youth programs, Enterprise Mobility continues to show up when it matters most.

Their leadership, generosity, and commitment have made a lasting impact, and continue to move our community forward.

To all Enterprise Mobility team members and to the Enterprise Mobility Foundation™: thank you for leading the way. Together, we are creating a stronger, more connected, more resilient Gallatin Valley, one act of service at a time.
