Chef Eduardo Garcia is a Montana based, James Beard award winning and Emmy nominated Chef. He is the host and executive producer of the Magnolia series Big Sky Kitchen. He is the founder and CEO of food brand, Montana Mex and travels globally as a principal keynote and motivational speaker to local nonprofits, schools and Fortune 100 companies.

A devoted educator, artist and storyteller, Chef Eduardo often references his ingredients as relationships and participants. His love of nature and exposure to wild places brings a vital richness to the lessons he shares through each story and bite. As a cancer survivor and amputee, Garcia is passionate about helping others and giving back.

He is actively in partnership with organizations around the world promoting resilience through education in regenerative agriculture. One particular community of interest is working with the youth and elders. This dynamic keeps Garcia young and encouraged to keep sharing wisdom and learning everyday. He serves on the national board for Common Threads, as a spokesperson for the Challenged Athletes Foundation and is a regular volunteer with both ProStart and FCCLA.
