Dear Friends and Supporters,
As we gather with loved ones to celebrate Thanksgiving, we at Greater Gallatin United Way are reminded of the extraordinary community we are privileged to serve. This season of gratitude offers a chance to reflect on the strength, compassion, and generosity that define our region. Together, we are proving that United is the Way to a thriving community for all.
This year, your generosity and commitment have helped us achieve incredible milestones:
- Expanded kidsLINK programs to new areas and partnered with new initiatives, filling critical gaps for families and helping children reach their full potential with safe, enriching care.
- Distributed more free books through Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library to young children, ensuring they get an early start on literacy and are ready for kindergarten, while addressing the need to improve reading proficiencies for our youth.
- Joined forces with Child Care Connections to expand early learning initiatives, making child care more accessible and supporting the education and development of our youngest community members.
- Partnered with 26 other nonprofits to drive long-term, transformative change, addressing the most pressing needs in our community and working toward solutions that benefit us all.
- This work is only possible because of you. Every dollar you donate, every hour you volunteer, and every story you share strengthens our ability to create opportunities for families, support children, and build a foundation for a better future.
“Together, we can do what none of us can do alone.” This belief is at the heart of everything we do. Whether it’s helping a child learn to read, ensuring parents can remain in the workforce, or collaborating with partners to address systemic challenges, every step forward happens because we are united.
As we reflect on all we’ve accomplished together this year, we know there’s still work to be done. But we also know that with your support, anything is possible. Together, we are not just meeting immediate needs; we are creating a community where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
From all of us at Greater Gallatin United Way, thank you for being part of this journey. Your kindness, generosity, and belief in a better tomorrow inspire us every day. Wishing you and your loved ones a Thanksgiving filled with joy, gratitude, and hope.
With heartfelt thanks,
Kimberly Hall
