Glenn Johnson shares, "We both have to work to make ends meet. We don’t know what we would do without the kidsLINK Afterschool program. It makes it easy for us as parents, and it is our kids' favorite part of their day. They love the kidsLINK staff, the snacks, and all of the activities."

The demand for our community impact grants has surged by 50% over the past year, with nonprofits requiring an additional $200,000 to address the growing gap. Our community faces challenges that cut across diverse age, ethnic, and social groups, and despite the waning of pandemic safeguards, the need persists. Montana's unfortunate status as the number one state for suicide underscores the urgency of our mission. Escalating living costs contribute to heightened homelessness, and more families seek quality childcare to remain in the workforce. It is imperative to bridge the gap between surviving and thriving for our neighbors.
